Sighs of satisfaction come aplenty at Hy’s Steak House, Waikiki’s premier location for the best in kiawe-broiled USDA Prime steaks, seafood and more.

Hungry locals and tourists alike have been dining the night away at the long-standing establishment for decades, and thanks to its commitment to high standards and top-notch service, it’s not hard to see why.

During Valentine’s Day weekend (Feb. 13 and 14), Hy’s will offer a special three-course menu ($60) in addition to its regular offerings, and will be open an hour earlier than usual at 4 p.m. Choose from entree selections like Kona Coffee Crusted Prime Tenderloin with Bourbon-Truffle Demi Glace, and end with sweet treats such as Hy’s Famous Tableside Chocolate Lovers’ Flambe.

THESE DESSERTS ARE ON FIRE

During your next visit to Hy’s Steak House, witness the culinary art of flambe, or “flamed,” masterpieces.

Following an exquisite meal, diners may enjoy specialty flambe desserts that are expertly fired to perfection table-side. All flambé specials are ideal for two servings or more ($14.25 per person), though single servings for $16.75 also are available.

Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream is presented with all flambé desserts, one of which is Bananas Foster. A decadent combo of butter, brown sugar, citrus juices, cinnamon and dark rum come together for an unforgettable dessert.
