By bringing fresh homemade flavors, hearty portions and a modern twist to the traditional Japanese hot pot dining experience, Kamitoku Japanese Hot Pot rewards guests with every memorable meal.

An immersive experience awaits as patrons craft their hot pot favorites amid the lively environment in the Market City Shopping Center eatery. Diners build their favorite meals by picking their ideal broth, starches and meat to incorporate while cooking at their desired temperature and duration. With at least eight meat selections to choose from plus an array of vegetables available at Kamitoku Japanese Hot Pot, the possibilities are endless.

Be sure to try out the increasingly popular Gyu Shogun ($85). This giant hot pot meal, billed as “the largest in Hawaii,” is headlined by 6 ounces of delicious, marbled wagyu beef and flanked by an abundance of vegetables that come together to feed three-to-four people — a perfect option for friends and families gathering for a special meal.

Beef Rib-Eye Katsu Teishoku ($15, available only during lunch served Wednesdays through Sundays 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) is a must-try set menu featuring the breaded and lightly fried rib-eye steak along with savory sides as well as a bowl of rice and miso soup.

Chicken Karaage Bento ($9.99) is bursting with flavor and value as the perfectly fried chicken is accompanied by fresh vegetables and a bed of rice.
