No matter how hungry you are when you step into Camellia Buffet, you can be sure that the eatery will have something to satisfy your appetite — and plenty of it. Camellia serves up traditional Korean yakiniku, and a few local-style favorites, with an array of meat, fish, vegetables and desserts to choose from.

The restaurant has been around for more than 30 years. So what’s its key to long-term success? Consistency, the staff says. No matter when you stop in, or how many times, Camellia promises the same quality taste for each of its items.

With such an array to choose from — the eatery has more than 50 items — it can be difficult to decide just what you should put on your plate. A good place to start is with Kalbi (from the dinner selection). One of the establishment’s most popular items, Camellia’s version of Kalbi features a high-quality cut of meat that’s been marinated in a signature sauce, a secret concoction that blends sweet and sour flavors.

Lunch costs $18.95 and dinner is $27.95. The price for kids (ages 4 to 8) is $14 for lunch and $17 for dinner.

GET YOUR GRILL ON

To try one of Camellia’s top-rated dishes, throw some of its Beef Brisket onto your table-top grill. The thinly sliced meat often has customers returning to the buffet line for seconds.

Of course, you’ll want something to complement the savory meat. That’s where Camellia’s selection of side dishes comes in — corn, kimchee, macaroni salad and more.
