Nothing tops off a delicious bowl of pho like a dessert drink, and Pho My Lien, located in Westridge Shopping Center, provides customers with great dessert drinks to suit any preference. After a heaping serving of pho, a dessert drink is the perfect way to relax and enjoy something sweet after your main course.
Strawberry Milk Shake ($4.50) is a creamy blend of sweetness with a burst of strawberry flavor that any fruit lover craves. The blended ice cream and strawberries create a perfect texture with phenomenal taste.
Milkshakes also come in the following flavors: avocado, jackfruit, papaya, carrot and pennywort. Restaurant manager Tommy Dang notes that the jackfruit flavor is seasonal.
Salty Lemonade ($2.50) is also a true masterpiece at Pho My Lien. Dang explains that the drink is made with Perrier and has a taste similar to lemon peel, a local favorite for many young children. The new take on a traditional lemonade really sets this dessert drink apart from the rest.
The restaurant’s Egg Nog ($3.95), made with condensed milk and egg yolk, puts a new spin on the classic Christmas drink (without the alcohol, of course). Pho My Lien’s Egg Nog contains Perrier, which gives the dessert drink an extra kick that livens up your mood instantly. The flavor, while light, is tasty and sweet and reminds you of spending the holidays with family and friends.
While traditional egg nog can be heavy, the egg nog at Pho My Lien is light, yet still maintains a nice creamy texture.
Customers that frequent Pho My Lien opt to have these dessert drinks with their meals, but for those who wish to separate main course and dessert, you can always order a milk-shake or egg nog as a way to end your dining experience.
Dessert drinks are the best way to beat the summer heat and humidity, stop in at Pho My Lien and try one!
