Walking around Ala Moana Center really can work up one’s appetite. And while there are many dining options to choose from at the mall, Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant remains the perfect place to satisfy one’s hunger.

“We want to bring food to a Hong Kong-style level,” says Gary Chan, general manager at Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant.

Whether you want to feast like royalty or simply pick on some dim sum, Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant has it all covered. The restaurant’s extensive menu — customers can choose from more than 100 items — features everything from Snow Mountain Char Siu Buns ($3.85 for three pieces) to Dynasty Tea-Smoked Tiger Prawns ($22.95).

In addition to its regular menu items, general manager Gary Chan explains that the eatery tries to “do something different” every month by offering monthly specials. This month’s specials are Pork Belly Bun ($7.75) and Pork Belly Over Rice ($6.95) — available now until June 30.

Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant also is offering a Father’s Day Buffet June 18; seatings are 9:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. The buffet will feature prime rib, seafood and an assortment of delicious dim sum.

So if you are hoping to get a taste of this eatery’s succulent Pork Belly or chow down on Father’s Day, don’t wait to head on over to Jade Dynasty.
