As the summer heat ramps up, Hoakalei Country Club is rolling out a red-hot deal by offering a limited number of Dining Memberships available now at its newly unveiled Reflections Restaurant.

The re-envisioned, upscale restaurant seats up to 300 patrons at both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements and is an ideal dining destination for everything from corporate get-togethers to family gatherings and special occasions. Whether dining after a round of golf, or simply enjoying a meal with family and friends, guests can take advantage of the elegant private dining room and lanai overlooking Holes 1 and 18 at the picturesque Hoakalei Country Club golf course.

Guests can even make a reservation on Reflections’ convenient mobile app. As a dining member at Reflections Restaurant, and with a minimum quarterly spend of $300 per quarter ($100 per month), guests receive exclusive benefits including: no initiation fees; no monthly dues; up to seven guests; and a 10 percent discount on purchases at the golf shop.

The friendly, knowledgeable restaurant team encourages guests to tee off with one’s favorite glass of wine from its 1,500-bottle wine cellar to pair with Reflections’ alluring menu. The contemporary Pacific Rim cuisine at Reflections is crafted by Sankara Hotel & Spa Executive Chef Chiharu Takei and executed by Chef Shingo Kosaka.

Reflections Restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner, as well as poolside dining and great times at the bar, and don’t forget to indulge with a sweet treat like Cheesecake for dessert!

HOAKALEI ROLL ($14)

Sushi aficionados can look forward to the Hoakalei Roll, which is nearly as beautiful as it is tasty with an assortment of tobiko, fish flakes, cucumber, tamago, gobo and shiitake mushrooms.

PRIME RIB ($48 FOR 14-OUNCE CUT)

Diners rave about the succulent Prime Rib at Reflections Restaurant. The go-to entrée is slow roasted to lock in the iconic flavor with Au Jus sauce and accompanied by wasabi cream, creamed kale and garlic mashed potatoes.

HOAKALEI CLAM CHOWDER ($10)

Hoakalei Clam Chowder is a medley of delicious seafood options all in one bowl including Manila clams, bacon, mixed vegetables and parsley all within a creamy broth.

BEEF CARPACCIO ($18)

Beef Carpaccio is another popular appetizer available at Reflections Restaurant as the thinly sliced beef is accented with peppery arugula salad and parmesan cheese.
