Since March, this spot has been filling a double-layered conveyor belt with a variety of sushi to choose from. It recently added the buffet, which offers as many gliding temptations as you can eat at only $16.99 for lunch and $19.99 for dinner. All the classics like Maguro, Hamachi, Salmon and Tuna are yours for the taking, with complimentary green tea sweetening the deal.

This exciting line of food also pulls along the innovative nigiri and roll creations of head chef Yeoungmu Heo.

“We like to offer creative sushi options and they are always changing,” says vice president Ewan Kim.

The Rainbow Roll, for example, features the typically delicious combination of salmon, unagi, maguro, avocado and cream cheese. Heo adds a unique twist to the item with drizzles of teriyaki and honey mustard sauces as well as cherry tomato and caper garnishes. Rainbow rolls will never be the same.

Kim recommends the ever popular Garlic Salmon and Garlic Maguro plates because of the irresistible house-made special garlic sauce. In true buffet fashion, SushiSan offers variety and abundance.
