Utilizing Locally sourced ingredients found only in Hawaii, Zigu restaurant in Waikiki continues to celebrate the new year with sake pairings featuring the brand Dassai 50 every Tuesday.

With a glass ($5) or a carafe of ($15), guests are welcome to pair the sake with the restaurant’s creative island-inspired Japanese dishes such as the Mochiko Fried Chicken ($13.50), Local Tuna Sashimi Poke ($22) and the Japanese Style Sirloin Steak ($43).
