In addition to serving up the signature “sizzle” with each of its masterfully prepared USDA prime steaks and succulent seafood, the New Orleans-inspired cuisine at Ruth’s Chris helps diners make memories one delicious dining experience at a time. The exceptional steaks served are selected from the top 2% of the country’s beef, and the wet-aged cuts of beef at Ruth’s Chris Steak House are broiled in 1,800-degree ovens and served with butter on piping hot 500-degree plates to ensure every bite is delicious.

Cowboy Ribeye ($75)

Ruth’s Chris Waterfront Plaza general manager Jon Kobashigawa invites guests to try an array of popular a la carte selections, which are available during the holidays and throughout the year.

Diners can lasso a flavorful dining experience by wrangling a Cowboy Ribeye ($75).

Bone-In Filet ($85)

This immense 22-ounce, bone-in USDA prime cut is a perfectly marbled, juicy rib steak featuring a rich, beefy flavor throughout.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes ($14)

Porterhouse for Two (contact for cost) is proof that one can have the ideal steak and eat it, too. There’s no choosing between a Filet Mignon and a New York Strip as both are served on opposite sides of the bone with this hearty cut. Enjoy the widest range of textures and the best flavor profile — no matter which side of the bone one chooses to eat from. And, with Ruth’s Chris’ perfected broiling method coupled with time-tested seasoning techniques, guests can rest assured that every bite of the massive 40-ounce Porterhouse will be just as good as the first one.

Creamed Spinach ($16)

Bone-In Filet ($85) is a juicy tenderloin cut served on the bone and elevated to its peak flavor by the masterful chefs at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Bread Pudding ($11)

“We offer the perfect venue to celebrate the holidays,” Kobashigawa says. “At Ruth’s Chris Steak House, we deliver that warm, genuine hospitality that our founder, Ruth Fertel, showed every guest, every day in our restaurants. We truly believe that you and your guests deserve the very best, and you can trust Ruth’s Chris to bring only the best to the table. Life’s too short to eat anywhere else.”
