Grilled Kabayaki New Zealand King Salmon (part of the Pre-Theater Dinner Special, $50)

As the curtain lifts on the popular Jersey Boys show at the Blaisdell Concert Hall, Chef Chai is offering a showstopping Pre-Theater Dinner Special now through Sept. 25. From 4 to 5 p.m., guests can enjoy a delicious four-course tasting menu for just $50 per person before heading across the street to take in the performance. The dinner begins with Chicken Sate accompanied with thai peanut sauce, cucumber salad and Asian flat bread. A family-style appetizer sampler is served next, with Smoked Duck Taco, Salmon Gravlax Roulade, Kataifi and Macadamia Nut-Crusted Jumbo Black Tiger Prawns, and Roasted Butternut Squash and Lobster Bisque Shooters.

Diners then select an entrée of Grilled Kabayaki New Zealand King Salmon, Pan-Roasted All-Natural Chicken,Vegetable Terrine or Grilled Deconstructed Beef Tenderloin Wellington ($10 more for this option) before enjoying Heart-ShapedWhite Chocolate AmoreTruffle and Halo Halo for dessert.

Chef Chai Chaowasaree continues to perfect his iconic award-winning island fusion cuisine on the ground level of Pacifica Honolulu across from the Blaisdell Center. Chef Chai serves up a contemporary look and feel, features a private dining room and offers seating at the spacious full bar as well as on the outdoor patio.
