To spice up the summer, Ruth’s Chris Steak House has brought back some of its special dishes — to the delight of loyal guests.

Sit down to a delectable dinner amid Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s warm hospitality to enjoy two beloved appetizers that are back on the menu. The popular Calamari ($24) is fresh and lightly fried, and served alongside a sweet and spicy chile sauce.

Also back is the Veal Osso Buco Ravioli ($21). This saffron-infused pasta appetizer is filled with tender veal and is served with sautéed baby spinach and a veal demi-glace. A glass of cabernet sauvignon ($15-$35) is a suggested pairing with this pasta, which will surely start dinner on a high note.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House is known worldwide for its signature sizzling steak. The perfected 1,800-degree broiling method and seasoning techniques ensure each cut of the highest-quality USDA prime beef arrives to the table, just the way founder Ruth Fertel liked it.

This summer, the Cowboy Ribeye ($75) is back on the menu. The 22-ounce bone-in cut is a juicy, marbled rib steak with a rich, beefy flavor that is sure to please the pickiest eater.

A side to complement any entrée is the famous Lobster Mac and Cheese ($32), which has a new recipe, combining cavatappi pasta, tender lobster and white cheddar sauce.

Make a reservation at the Honolulu or Waikiki Ruth’s Chris locations to experience the revamped mouthwatering summer menu.
