Hy’s Prime Butcher Shop & Market provides sandwiches galore in the February Prime Box.

Hy’s Prime Butcher Shop & Market offers plenty of sandwiches with its delicious February Prime Box.

Inspired by classic American sandwiches with a Hy’s twist, this month’s selection includes a variety of indulgent items.

Among them are four BLT Akaushi Prime Burgers, as seen in Hy’s Boozy Burger Exclusive Takeout Set. It has Prime Akaushi beef patties blended with double smoked bacon, white cheddar, tomato bacon jam, lime herb aioli, tomato, and butter lettuce on brioche buns.

Next on the list are four Prime Roast Beef Sandwiches. They consist of Prime roast beef with creamy horseradish, au jus, and housemade pickles on French bread.

The box also has four Pastrami Reuben Sandwiches. They are crafted utilizing sliced pastrami with sauerkraut and Russian dressing on housemade artisan marbled rye.

Among the other items packed inside are four Seafood Po’ Boys. These are bursting with juicy shrimp and oysters with cornmeal breading, spicy remoulade, and mixed greens, on a sweet French roll.

Coleslaw and Tomato Soup are also provided to pair with the sandwich of your choice. Hy’s Housemade Potato Chips are included to match with the Prime Burger.

In addition, Cajun Corn Maque Choux is offered to accompany the Po’ Boy.

Pricing is a single order of $199; a three-month subscription at $192; and a six- month subscription for $185 that comes with an exclusive Hy’s Steak House baseball cap.

Orders must be confirmed by Feb. 6 for the Feb. 13 pickup, or Feb. 20 for the Feb. 27 pickup.

All items are individually wrapped in vacuum sealed bags and come chilled. Items should be refrigerated as soon as possible, or may be frozen if they are not to be consumed until a later date. A recipe booklet is provided with instructions and cook times.

“Our Hy’s Prime Butcher Shop & Market Prime Boxes are curated on a monthly basis with a unique theme and are available for pickup every second or fourth Saturday of the month,” Oriole adds.
