Arriving with an appetite is essential at New Eagle Cafe, where generous portions are served up daily. One of the restaurant’s most hefty offerings is Prime Rib for Two, priced at $47. You and a loved one can sink your teeth into this seasoned and slow-roasted slab of tender beef, paired with a side of au jus and your choice of starch and steamed vegetables. According to owner Tae Im, this dish is very popular because of its flavor, which is the result of two hours of slow roasting.

He adds that the prime rib is high-quality meat — never frozen — making it extra juicy and tender.
