Pollo Caprese (Primo Primavera Taste of Spring Menu)

According to Romano’s Macaroni Grill director of sales and marketing Emi Espinda, the restaurant “celebrates the rich tradition of Italy, where the kitchen is the heart of the home, and where friends and family gather to share wonderful food, wine and good times.”

In that tradition, the restaurant is a popular place for people to gather to celebrate special occasions. The start of spring certainly is reason enough to celebrate, so Macaroni Grill has created a special menu: Primo Primavera Taste of Spring Menu (available through May 31).

A two-course meal comprised of a starter and entree, the special starts at $19.95 per person. It begins with a choice of salad — either Caesar or Fresh Greens, with chicken or shrimp add-ons for an additional price — or the daily special soup. Entrée choices include Mushroom Ravioli, Eggplant Parmesan Fresh Island Fish and Pollo Caprese (see sidebar).

Those who partake in the menu also can take advantage of its wine special: a glass of house wine from Tuscany for just $6.
