Even if you can’t take a vacation this spring, you can at least feel like you’re getting away from it all at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar. Located inside of Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki, 100 Sails is a sleek, modern space with expansive windows overlooking the water.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on fresh island cuisine — local ingredients are sourced whenever possible — the restaurant is helmed by chef de cuisine Joseph Almoguera.
