Raging Crab has opened a second location in Aiea Town Square, and owner/managing partner JC “Moto” Chow says the business has more plans to expand. Serving Cajun-style seafood, the restaurant debuted in July 2012 on Keeaumoku Street and quickly built a loyal following of customers, especially seafood lovers.

“We are very proud to be able to open a new location closer to our West Side customer base,” says Chow, who co-owns the restaurant with Steven “Sean” Saiki.

“Raging Crab is a family-friendly restaurant where people come together for a fun-filled, hands-on eating experience. You literally eat off the table with your hands and we provide bibs and gloves if you need them. Plus, we have a customer hand-wash area,” adds Chow.

Seafood Heaven

Among Raging Crab’s hot new dishes is Raging Noodles ($8 regular order) cooked in its House Boil, sautéed in a special sauce and garnished with green onions and lemon. Add shrimp, clams or mussels for an additional $4.

The most popular menu item is Captain’s Special (prices vary), featuring a sampler size of king crab legs, snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, sausage, potatoes, corn, rice and Cajun fries. Also choose your main seafood (Dungeness crab, king crab legs or lobster), seasoning (garlic butter, lemon pepper, Raging Cajun or a combo of all three, the works) and spice level. As a special promotion (while supplies last), Raging Crab is offering a free Raging Noodles with every Captain Special purchase.
