Pomaikai Ballrooms serves up a host of menu options that pair perfectly with every event, including the Buffet Medley for lunch or dinner.

The lunch buffet options range from $31 per person for four salads, two entrees, one hot vegetable choice and a starch, to $41 per person including prime rib, four salads, three entrees, one hot vegetable selection and a starch. These prices are based on a 50-person minimum, and additional salads or starches can be added for $1.50 each per person.

For dinner, the buffet options start from $41 per person for five salads, one soup, two entrees, a hot vegetable choice and two starches, to $51 per person including prime rib, five salads, a soup, three entrees, one hot vegetable option and two starches. These dinner buffet prices are based on a 75-person minimum. Various desserts and beverages also are available as part of the buffet selections.

The stellar menu is accented with local flavors and influences from Pomaikai Ballrooms’ heart-of-the-house team led by executive chef Freddie Billena and sous chef Eddy Ayau. Some of the popular entree selections are: Furikake Crusted Ahi with Wasabi Aioli; Baked Chicken with Grilled Vegetables and Yellow Thai Curry; and Miso Salmon with Roasted Baby Vegetables.

The spacious facilities include Hokulei Ballroom (11,194 square feet) and Piilani Ballroom (7,399 square feet), which can be subdivided to accommodate 700 and 400 people based on stage set up, and well over 1,000 and 600 when arranged reception-style. Pomaikai Ballrooms also features a 6,000-square-foot foyer, which can accommodate various events from receptions to expos with booths and product showcases.
