To give patrons an idea of what’s to come, food and beverage manager Matt Pit-tick mentions a particularly delicious-sounding dish: Crispy Pork Belly with Whiskey Plum Sauce.
As for drinks, Kuhio Beach Grill hopes to offer more than just a pau-hana sip with a full-fledged cocktail experience. Guests can already enjoy stunners such as Guava Fizz and “Your Very Own” Old Fashioned.

Guava Fizz mixes Aviation American Gin with fresh guava puree, a splash of cranberry juice and soda water. For this cocktail, there are multiple brands of bourbon to choose from. Then, simple syrup and bitters are added (five different bitters available).
On another note, see what has built the foundation for the highly anticipated changes, and partake in the buffet spread, which boasts a nightly carving station with Prime Rib. From Monday to Thursday, enjoy the dinner buffet for $31.95, while children ages 5-12 pay $22.95. On weekends (Friday-Sunday), the buffet offers all-you-can-eat Alaskan Crab legs and other seafood, and is priced at $42 for adults and $28 for children.
