Diners will be excited to hear the train rolling through Pearlridge Center in the form of Genki Sushi’s cutting-edge double-rail sushi delivery system.

The bullet train sushi delivery configuration is now available for convenient ordering at the newly opened Pearlridge location, the fourth Genki Sushi shop to feature the exclusive technology. Patrons can place orders via an updated, lightweight touch-screen panel and receive their fresh sushi favorites right at the table.

Genki Sushi continues to serve as an innovator in the dining community after initially popularizing kaiten sushi, which refers to the popular Japanese offerings served on a revolving conveyor belt. Now, with its popular and practical train-delivery system, Genki Sushi continues to take the Japanese sushi culture to new levels across the globe.

“Genki has always remained affordable and family-oriented,” says David Moon, director of purchasing and operations for Genki Sushi USA. “We try to keep our sushi within the budgets of our customers, and they know that they get a pretty good deal when they come here.”

With 10 locations on Oahu, as well as multiple eateries on Kauai, Maui and the Big Island, and in Washington and California, Genki Sushi serves up flavorful sushi creations in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

“Genki Sushi is committed to providing our customers with the latest technology, improving on everything we do while offering a family-friendly environment,” Moon explains. “From the quality and freshness of our sushi, to the variety of menu items available and cleanliness of our restaurant, we focus on improving our customer service one day at a time.”

Diners may choose from a host of delicious sushi selections, rice bowls topped with local favorites and even tasty desserts. Genki Sushi offers a wide variety of nigiri, gunkan and roll sushi dishes, from simple favorites to extravagant creations. Some of the popular offerings are Spicy Tuna Gunkan ($3), Onion Salmon Nigiri ($3), Garlic Chicken ($4) and the colorful, tasty Rainbow Roll ($5).

“We evolve and try our best to keep customers happy,” says Moon. “For example, with the spicy tuna, that is very rare in Japan — our menu features a lot of variety, while Japanese sushi menus offer mostly traditional sushi.”

Genki Sushi offers discounts for the military and seniors, and each Genki Sushi location serves up special offerings. Log on to GenkiSushiUSA.com for more information on where to find your favorite Genki location.
