With graduation season in full swing, celebratory cookouts with friends and family seem to be a common occurrence all across the island. “All of our entrées are cooked from scratch using recipes we have had for a long time,” says Mike Hickey, co-owner of the catering company. “Everything down to our sauces is made in-house, and we try to locally source our ingredients as much as possible.”
Whether planning an elaborate party or hosting something more intimate, Aloha Catering’s party pans ($24 small, $36 medium, $72 large) are available in a variety of sizes for every occasion. The menu’s famous Chicken with String Beans, Zucchini Jun and Garlic Chicken are top-sellers.
“We cater our menu to serving the dishes that people here have grown up loving,” says Hickey. “All the classics like fried rice, Teriyaki-style beef, chow mein noodles are made fresh each day.” Delivery arrangements can be made for any location on the island with a minimum purchase of $400.
