Some popular menu items from the restaurant’s full course menu are Roasted Garlic Grilled Ribeye ($39), and appetizers Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa ($13) and Blackened Seared Ahi with Kahuku Sea Asparagus Salad ($17).
Roasted Garlic Grilled Ribeye is topped off with Soy Balsamic Glaze and is a customer favorite mostly because of its “blend of flavor which makes it really tasteful and tantalizing,” says director of marketing Colette Seu.
Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa features coconut and macadamia nut-crusted shrimp, pineapple reduction and cold soba noodle salad with sesame-miso vinaigrette. And Blackened Seared Ahi with Kahuku Sea Asparagus Salad is made with sweet and sour fennel, Maui onion, orange segments and wasabi-avacado citronette.
Open nightly from 5 to 9:30 p.m., this Waikiki landmark bustles with a full house, seating close to 200 diners on all three levels, so be sure to make a reservation ahead of time.
