Known for its Pacific Rim cuisine, 3660 on the Rise presents its patrons with exemplary fare. Most recently, celebrity chef Russell Siu held a cooking class with food enthusiasts on the premises. Together they created Salmon Carpaccio with Arugula and Shaved Fennel; Fire Roasted Breast of Chicken with Monterey Jack Cheese and House Made Salsa; Wedge Salad with Feta, Eggs, Bacon and Olives in a creamy herb dressing; and Apple Pie with Cheddar cheese.
