Pho My Lien is located on the second floor in Westridge Shopping Center and provides customers with a clean facility, friendly service and excellent pho.

Its pho is served with herbs, mint leaves, bean sprouts, chili pepper, wedges of lemon and an assortment of sauces, and this mixture keeps customers coming back for more.

Dining Out caught up with Alex Ho and Caleb Fortune one afternoon for lunch at Pho My Lien. They both enjoy the pho, which comes with up to five different choices of meats (slices of rare steak, beef well-done brisket, beef soft tendon, beef tripe and beef balls).

Caleb Fortune: “I like the pho ($7.95) with all the different beefs. You can put spices in there, and I like spicy food. I also like the noodles and prefer them over ramen.”

Alex Ho: “I get the combination (pho). It’s what I eat every time I come. Also, the seating and availability is another priority that makes a difference for lunch, and the service is good, too.”
