Who doesn’t love pizza? You anticipate its arrival at your dining table or home as your mouth begins to water. The combination of chewy dough, savory sauce, warm melting cheese and a crunchy crust finale sends pleasure to a pizza lover’s heart. There are plenty of arguments about where and who invented the first pizza. Did it truly originate from Italy, or did it take its pie shape in Greece or Egypt? Yet, when it comes down to it, does it really matter? Whether you’re a Chicago style deep dish fanatic, a big New Yorker buff, or a fresh vegetarian connoisseur, Zpizza brings flavor and nutrition to each pie that comes out of its ovens.

“Zpizza is for everyone, but more for people who are a little more health conscious, for people who love pizza and are really watching what they eat,” says Zpizza Hawaii franchise owner, Cesar Llarenas.”At Zpizza, we call it ‘The Pure One’ which means we only use the highest quality ingredients, that are all natural and better for you.”

For a limited time, now through Aug. 31, Zpizza is offering its own creation of Hawaiian style pizza. Zpizza’s Hawaiian Pizza ($12.95 small, $23.95 large and $26.95 extra large) starts with its organic whole wheat dough covered in a plum sauce. Added to the Hawaiian Pizza mix is kalua pork, Chinese cabbage, caramelized onions and fresh pineapple. After another light drizzling of plum sauce, green onions top off this summer pizza special.

Zpizza customers also should know that with each order of The Hawaiian Pizza they will receive a $5 off coupon which is valid towards their next large or extra large pizza purchase. Another summer special to complement your pizza is Zpizza’s Strawberry Goatcheese Salad ($8.50 small, $10.95 large). It may be rare, but Zpizza’s combination of apple pie and pizza is a scrumptious dessert. Apple Pie Pizza ($10.95) starts with organic flour, mascarpone cheese and cinnamon, brown sugar and caramelized Fuji apples. After cooking, the Apple Pie Pizza is topped with a caramel sauce, almonds and powdered sugar.
