May 21, 2011

Story By: Dining Out Team |

Known for its signature selection of USDA prime beef, Hy’s Steak House serves up only the finest kiawe-broiled steaks. The fine-dining eatery also makes it a point to age and trim all of its meat to ensure it retains its tenderness and taste, while also reducing the steaks’ fat content. Located at 2440 Kuhio Ave., Hy’s is open at 6 p.m. for dinner (Monday-Friday) and 5:30 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday). Call 922-5555 for reservations.
