Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno ($23.49)

Olive Garden’s Honolulu and Kapolei locations boast Italian classics at great prices. From never-ending servings of freshly baked breadsticks and tasty garden salad to homemade soups and sauces, there’s something for everyone in the ohana to enjoy.

Its vast menu features numerous cocktails, appetizers, hearty entrees and tantalizing desserts. But that’s not all — Olive Garden also makes catering easy with various meal combinations and family-size pans.

We spoke to the restaurant’s area director Jasmine Doropan to learn more about Olive Garden’s offerings.

DO: What makes Olive Garden unique from other eateries?

JD: When you’re here, you’re family. There’s endless ‘pasta’-bilities. We also add value to your meal: our never-ending, abundant, craveable Italian food at an everyday value. Our never-ending first course that includes soup or salad and breadsticks with every entree — this is what makes us unique.

DO: Can you tell us about four or five of your best drinks/dishes?

JD: We will be highlighting the Crispy Chicken Alfredo version ($28.49). Also, check out the Spinach-Artichoke Dip ($14.79), Herb-Grilled Salmon ($29.49), Calabrian Mahi Mahi ($29.39), and the Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno ($23.49).

DO: What’s your favorite dish on the menu and why?

JD: Our Crispy Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli ($33.48). Our Alfredo is made fresh daily every couple hours to ensure every guest is getting quality. Our scratch-made Alfredo pairs so well with our never-ending breadsticks, which I always recommend to guests that dine in or do to go.

DO: What do you love about both of Olive Garden’s Hawaii locations (Kapolei and Ala Moana)?

JD: I love our extraordinary team members and management team. We truly feel like family. The aloha spirit is brought into our restaurants.

I love how big the Ala Moana location is where it can accommodate huge parties.

I love the Kapolei location for the heart of the kamaaina that support us every day at that location.

The community has been so supportive since we opened in 2020. I love having two locations on each side of the island to offer the convenience to our everyday diners.

DO: Do you have any specials going on this month?

JD: We have a limited-time offer with Kids Eat Free from 2 to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. We are also opening at 10 a.m. on Mother’s Day. Follow us on Instagram (@olivegardenhi) and on Facebook (Olive Garden Hawaii) as we continue to promote specials as well as giveaways.

DO: What’s in store for Olive Garden in 2024?

JD: The Never Ending Pasta Bowl (call for cost) and some new additions on the menu. Olive Garden always creates new ways to make our menu better.

DO: What would you say to encourage people to dine here?

JD: We are locally owned and operated. We truly care about each and every guest that dines with us. Our affordable lunch pricing is amazing. Lunch specials start at $13.79. Lunch specials run Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding holidays. It really is a steal. We also do OG ToGo.

We have lots of options with catering like our Pasta Stations (call for cost) and pans. We take reservations on OpenTable and are just a call away to take reservations for graduation and office parties.

We have such an affordable kids menu as well where all kids menu items are only $7.49. Kids can get chicken tenders and fries, kids pizza and spaghetti, or even create their own pasta — and this is just to name a few.
