Eatery debuts new menu items

Diners are discovering flavorful additions that are quickly becoming local favorites as new and delicious items continue to grace the Genki Sushi menu.

Genki Bites ($4.95) feature spicy ahi and rice placed in a flat nori wrapper that guests simply fold and eat. These flavorful bites are also available with salmon-ikura and una-tama fillings and are bursting with flavor.

Shellfish Trio ($4.95), Shrimp Tempura ($4.95), Shrimp Tempura Roll ($5.85), Uni ($6.75), Fried Baby Octopus ($5.85) and Kakiage Udon ($5.85) are just some of the new items also available now at Genki Sushi. As a reminder, prices listed here refer to Genki’s Oahu locations; prices may vary at neighbor island locations.

With eight locations on Oahu, including its refreshed restaurant in Waikele, as well as eateries on Kauai (Kukui Grove Center), Maui (Maui Mall) and Hawaii island (Kona and Hilo), Genki Sushi serves up flavorful creations in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
