Owner Sam Seo has grown deep roots in the local culinary community through nearly 30 years of working in the culinary industry at retail and wholesale levels.

His work as a fish-auction buyer for more than 20 years helps him find the freshest catch available that he can pass on to customers at the best prices possible — a win-win for the business and guests.
