Chirashi Bowl ($19.95)

A popular dish from the restaurant’s Korean menu, the Honu’s Special ($19.95) features a kalbi, meat jun, fish jun and mandoo combo. The restaurant’s menu also showcases multiple seafood options, including the Chirashi Bowl ($19.95) with ahi, salmon, hamachi, ika, ebi, tamago and ikura. For a non-seafood option, the Pork Ribs ($19.95) with spicy sauce is a popular choice.

The name of the game for Honu’s Kalbi & Sushi is “good quality food with affordable prices,” according to Seo.

Honu’s Special ($19.95) comes with kalbi, meat jun, fish jun and mandoo.

The restaurant also provides a grab-and-go option for customers and is currently offering a 10% discount on all dishes and drinks until December.

Seo’s dream for the restaurant is to create a chain, with seven to 10 Honu’s Kalbi & Sushi locations across the state.
