Summer is here, and Meet Fresh at Ala Moana Center is serving up icy desserts and drinks to beat the heat.

The eatery’s expansive menu offers sweet, savory and refreshing treats — all made from high-quality ingredients carefully crafted in an authentic Taiwanese style. In fact, whatever it can’t make in store, it imports from its central kitchen in Taiwan, including the chewy taro balls, boba, smoothly soft grass jelly and more.

Passion Fruit Sorbet C ($7.50)

One of Meet Fresh’s bestselling items is Double Taro Signature ($10.75). This classic Taiwanese treat combines the smooth taste of grass jelly and the chewy texture of taro balls with the extra creaminess of a scoop of taro paste and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

A seasonal summer sensation is Mangoberry Milk Shaved Ice ($12). The magnificent shaved ice masterpiece is topped with fresh mangoes and strawberries, mango and strawberry syr up, creamy vanilla ice cream and condensed milk.
