Unwind and relax on one of The Veranda’s comfy chairs while the Hawaiian breeze swirls and live music whisks away worries.

Serving luscious light fare, craft cocktails and wide selections of wine, sake and more, an evening at The Kahala Hotel & Resort’s The Veranda will surely be a moment to savor. Indulge in the lounge’s menu, which showcases seasonal sensations, including freshly caught fish and venison, as well as decadent desserts.

The famous Fried Ahi Poke Musubi ($25) is not-to-be-missed with its sweet soy, ogo and Asian rémoulade. Known as one of The Kahala Hotel & Resort’s signature items, the upscale rendition of the local favorite can be enjoyed at The Veranda as well as Plumeria Beach House and Hoku’s during the Sunday brunch buffet.

Whether dining under the iconic chandelier or on the ocean view lanai, guests to The Veranda are serenaded by live performers from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays. No cover fee and complimentary parking with validation help to ease any possible worry.

On Thursdays and Fridays in May, Johnny Valentine entertains guests at The Veranda. His impressive vocal range and incredible guitar style have won him numerous awards, including a Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Hawaii’s Favorite Entertainer of theYear.
