The famous Fried Ahi Poke Musubi ($25) is not-to-be-missed with its sweet soy, ogo and Asian rémoulade. Known as one of The Kahala Hotel & Resort’s signature items, the upscale rendition of the local favorite can be enjoyed at The Veranda as well as Plumeria Beach House and Hoku’s during the Sunday brunch buffet.
