As the springtime flowers begin to blossom, Rinka Japanese Restaurant is releasing a new Omakase Course ($100 per person) starting March 1.

The seven-course meal promises to please guests with aromatic, aesthetically appealing plates utilizing the freshest ingredients of the season. Honoring Rinka’s reputation for the finest Japanese cuisine, the chef curates a creative menu of appetizers, sashimi, sushi, entrées, sides and a dessert.

The limited-time Omakase Course spring menu will be served for three months, with the same menu never appearing again, according to manager Midori Omura.
