Champagne and caviar are a cause for celebration

La Vie currently has a Champagne and caviar special.

Sip on a glass of sparkling Champagne and enjoy complimentary caviar at La Vie. Located in the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Waikiki Beach, this luxurious restaurant offers French-inspired cuisine, curated to provide a tailored experience for each guest.

The Champagne + Caviar promotion is a special celebration for the new year. Until Jan. 31, guests can purchase a full or half bottle of sparkling wine or Champagne from the award-winning wine program and enjoy a quintessential pairing of complimentary caviar.

Guests need to simply show they are following La Vie on social media (find them at @laviewaikiki) to be gifted the caviar with a Champagne purchase.

The current caviar is “a Tsar Nicoulai classic Osetra caviar, a sturgeon native from the Caspian Sea,” describes director of sales and marketing Carl Anderson.

Savor the special at the bar and lounge, or indulge in full dinner service.

The Menu Gourmande ($119) is the chef’s four-course dinner menu, with the Tsar Nicoulai caviar as a suggested starting dish along with Fruits De Mer, a selection of shellfish.

Warm entrées include a choice of Black Ruffle Rissoto or Butter Poached Poisson (sturgeon caviar and wilted spinach). Maui Venison + Foie Gras or A5 Miyazaki Wagyu are the savory entrée choices.

For final sweets, choose from Lychee Rose Gateau or Honokaa Chocolate.

“If you are a lover of wine and true wine pairings, guests will appreciate the knowledge and service of the La Vie staff,” concludes Anderson.
