The special Jingle Bell Roll (call for price) is built with fresh ahi, cucumber and avocado rolled inside out and topped with spicy tuna, unagi, avocado, festive tobiko, unagi glaze and Sriracha for an added kick.

Duck Confit (call for price) features rich flavors as this entrée is flanked by cauliflower puree and a cherry tomato, arugula and radish salad tossed in a yuzu dressing with crispy fried leeks. Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb is an ideal holiday entrée served with Molokai sweet potato puree, roasted vegetables, winter fruit demi-glace and tempura-fried shiso.
