Just in time for summer, Jade Dynasty has introduced refreshing, tasty items the entire family can enjoy. Shredded Chicken & Pomelo Salad ($39.95) features shredded chicken mixed with fresh-pickled island pomelo, pine nuts and cilantro, as well as the chef’s special seasoning.

Steamed Whole Winter Melon Soup ($92)

Steamed Whole Winter Melon Soup ($92) is a classic Chinese summer soup crafted with 12-15 pounds of hand-picked winter melon that is steamed for four to five hours with crab and duck meat in addition to shiitake mushrooms, Virginia ham and dried scallops.

For dessert, try Mango Mochi ($4.25 for three pieces) as fresh mango purée is infused in a mochi wrapper.

Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is also known for its array of nearly 60 dim sum varieties starting at just $2.95 apiece that are served daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last seating at 4:30 p.m.
