The Graduate Package serves lau lau, kalua pig, char-broiled teriyaki chicken, squid luau, white rice, sweet potato, poi, lomi lomi salmon, macaroni salad, tossed salad with chef’s choice dressing, haupia squares and Napoleon’s Bakery’s 8-inch round dobash cake.

A Catered Experience is offering a stress-free way to celebrate the upcoming special occasions on your calendar. Their Easter Package ($105.75) and Graduation Package ($130.75) takes the pressure off your cooking, so you can focus on enjoying the day with family and friends. All you have to do is put in the order at least four days in advance for pickups, and a week or more in advance for deliveries, based on availability. Keep in mind that deliveries have a minimum order of $150 and there may be a delivery fee depending on the location, which you can check via their website.

The Easter Package serves five people and includes sliced roast turkey, stuffing, poultry gravy, cranberry relish, honey glazed ham, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes and candied yams.

For the Easter Package, they will start taking package orders from April 1 and the last day to order is April 13. Pick up will be on Easter Sunday (April 17). The Graduation Package will be available from May 1 to August 30. Curbside pickup is offered at A Catered Experience in Waipio. Food will be served in disposable pans and/or platters. Disposable plates, eating utensils and napkins will be offered.

Char-broiled teriyaki chicken is just one of the many starring attractions of the Graduate Package.

In addition to these two seasonal packages, A Catered Experience offers Local Party and Chef’s Packages on a regular basis. They also offer bentos — some of their more popular bentos are the the Okazuya, which has mochiko chicken, hash patty, shoyu hot dog, spam, chow fun and fried rice; and the Hawaiian, packed with kalua pork, lau lau, awapuhi chicken, steamed white rice, poi, lomi salmon, macaroni salad and haupia squares.

A Catered Experience offers popular Hawaiian selections that feature items like lau lau and much more.

Customers can also reserve their premier banquet venue, the Legacy Ballroom, found in Waipio Gentry at the Hawaii Okinawa Center.

“We have done a variety of parties at the ballroom — people have used our space for meetings, graduation ceremonies, fashion shows and concerts,” says general manager Ron Hattori.
