Oxtail Soup ($20)

Customers can enjoy the enchanting scenery of Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial as they dine at Pearl Country Club, located in Aiea.

Both the course and restaurant are open to the public, and patrons can expect a friendly environment and delicious food with their experience.

Sizzling Rib-Eye ($25)

Warm up with chef Aurelio Garcia’s popular homemade Oxtail Soup ($20), which is simmered for three and a half hours with vegetables until the oxtail falls off the bones.

Offering a generous portion of meat, it is then finished with wonbok, kaichoy, Chinese parsley and fresh blended ginger. The dish is accompanied with a choice of white or brown rice, or guests can add ramen noodles for $2.

Diners can relish witnessing the sizzle and smoke when the restaurant’s Sizzling Rib-Eye ($25) is brought to the table.

Shrimp Scampi with Linguini ($16)

Its sterling rib-eye steak is rubbed with herbs and spices, complemented with sliced onions before being flash-seared on a smoking hot cast-iron pan to medium-rare. It is then topped with green onions and sherry wine.

Mentioned by customers that it was the best they’ve ever eaten is Pearl Country Club’s Shrimp Scampi with Linguini ($16). Its great flavor comes from a multitude of steps starting with the compilation of golden-brown minced garlic, shallots and shrimp. Then, it is deglazed with lemon juice, before cream and butter are added to create the dish’s velvety garlic sauce. Shredded Parmesan cheese and bias-cut green onions are then added to complete this delectable pasta, which is served with garlic bread.

The restaurant also offers weekend specials that can be found on Instagram (@pearlcountryclub). Finally, please note that the club offers dine-in and takeout, but preorders are recommended.
