Noe is open nightly for dinner.

While the ongoing pandemic has led to closures and altered hours across the local dining landscape, customers will be pleased to learn that the stellar restaurant options at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina are open and ready to welcome guests.

The alluring resort features a diverse collection of restaurants, including Mina’s Fish House, which is open for happy hour (3-5 p.m. daily), dinner (5-9 p.m. daily) and Mina’s Beach Club (5-9 p.m. daily) service. James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina brings a “line-to-table” philosophy to the restaurant’s take on a traditional Hawaiian fish house, wherein friends and family gather for beachfront meals paired with local beers, tropical cocktails and breathtaking ocean views.

La Hiki Brunch

Noe is open nightly for dinner (5-9 p.m.) and offers classic Southern Italian cuisine with a modern “attitude.” The tranquil restaurant blends traditional Southern Italian ingredients and age-old recipes, impeccably prepared and presented, in a reimagined contemporary outdoor setting. Guests are encouraged to enjoy a glass of wine as they enjoy menu favorites including local seafood, top-quality meats and homemade pastas.

Mina’s has beachside dining.

Located alongside the resort’s Serenity Pool, La Hiki offers open-air dining in the heart of the property. Inspired by the island’s bounty of rich and diverse local farms, La Hiki’s plant-forward menu is rooted in fresh, sustainable cuisine. Diners can enjoy traditional and innovative breakfast offerings (served daily, 6-11 a.m.), savor the famed weekend Brunch for All Seasons (available Sunday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.), and relax with a wholesome lunch (Monday through Saturday, 11-3 p.m.).
