Happy hour means craft cocktails.

It’s happy hour all day, every day at Mahina & Sun’s at The Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club. That means everything on the lanai menu is discounted — and remains as delicious as ever.

For lighter fare, the Kale Salad ($9) is full of fresh texture, thanks to the bread crumbs and crispy greens that are mixed with Parmesan, cured egg yolk and an anchovy dressing. Sharing is an option with the Margherita Pizza ($15) that comes with ripe tomatoes and basil, as well as the vegan-friendly Avocado Tacos ($9) that are served with shishito, pickled red onions and smoked yogurt.

New on the menu are a Fruit Plate ($4); Sassy Greens with a lemon vinaigrette ($9); Spicy Poke served over rice with ginger and nori flakes ($13, limited quantities); Taro Burger ($13); as well as a Veggie Pizza with tomatoes, onions and artichoke ($15) — and for the kids, a Hot Dog for just $5.

Nothing says “happy hour menu” quite like refreshing craft cocktails, and Mahina & Sun’s has a slew that will knock your socks off.

A Lewers Lemonade ($7) features bourbon whiskey and fresh-made lemonade; Moon Dance ($7) has Prairie organic gin, fresh lime and a rosemary-infused simple; and Paloma ($7) has as its base Blanco tequila, fresh grapefruit juice and seltzer.

While every day is a treat at Mahina & Sun’s, Fridays are extra special because Kelly Boy DeLima takes the stage and the bar is open until 9:45 p.m. However, food service still stops at 8, so order to your heart’s content before then.

Plates at Mahina & Sun’s are perfect for sharing.
