Back in 2013, business owners Miles Oyasato and Ty Takishita opened Kau Kau Grill in the bustling industrial neighborhood of Mapunapuna with their aim set squarely on increasing the choices available within the local plate lunch scene.

In this plate, Kau Kau Grill uses skinless, boneless thighs that are carefully marinated in a special teriyaki flavor and seasonings before being expertly grilled.
