As 2020 takes its turn on the calendar, Zippy’s Restaurants has teamed up with Hawaiian Airlines to help guests start the new year and fresh decade off right with an array of amazing travel opportunities.

Zippy’s Weekly Trip Giveaway launches on Monday, Jan. 6, and runs through March 1 as diners can enter to win Hawaiian Miles good for a trip for two to a host of destinations across the globe. The trip locales that will be awarded each week are: Las Vegas (Jan. 6-12); New York City (Jan. 13-19); San Francisco, or West Coast (Jan. 20-26); Boston (Jan. 27-Feb. 2); Long Beach, or West Coast (Feb. 3-9); Los Angeles (Feb. 10-16); Seattle or West Coast (Feb. 17-23); and Tokyo (Feb. 24-March 1).

It’s easy to enter as customers will receive an entry blank with any Zippy’s purchase, including the special Spaghetti & Chicken Mixed Plate ($8.50 at the fast food counter, $9.75 in the dine-in restaurant), which is back for a limited time through Feb. 29. Zippy’s encourages guests to support Carole Kai Charities as, since 1985, the group has produced the popular Great Aloha Run annually. To date, the run has raised more than $14 million for charities serving the people of Hawaii. The support of its participants make it possible for Carole Kai Charities’ Great Aloha Run to support more than 50 local organizations that help to create a healthier Hawaii.

Chef Salad ($9.95 fast food, $11.45 restaurant)

Diners and their families can show support for Carole Kai Charities through the new campaign that runs through Jan. 31. First, pick up a delicious Kokua Pac ($8.25 fast food, $9.50 dine-in), which includes Korean Fried Chicken, Portuguese Sausage, Spam and Teriyaki Hot Dog over a bed of rice. A portion of the proceeds from each Kokua Pac sold will benefit Carole Kai Charities. Guests may also purchase a cut-out marker for $1 each at the restaurant, and may also donate to designated boxes at all Zippy’s locations.

Diners can look forward to some of Zippy’s classic favorites that have been reintroduced for a limited time, and are available through Feb. 29. Guests can enjoy the ono Chili Plate ($7.25 fast food, $8.35 dine-in) as well as the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich ($5.95 fast food, $9.95 dine-in sandwich combo). The popular Chef Salad ($9.95 fast food, $11.45 dine-in) is also back for a limited time.

Napoleon’s Bakery is also rolling out a lineup of featured sweet treats available now through Jan. 31. Pineapple Snack Cake ($1.80) is a moist and rich cake with pineapple mixed in, while Chocolate Long John ($2.25) is a long donut filled with a chocolate custard and topped with powdered sugar. Lemon Meringue Pie ($11.50) is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout January.

Be sure to try the Banana Chocolate Chip Donut (top le˛ ) for the same price also. Both are great additions to the bakery’s lineup for the ˝ rst few months of 2020.
