Dirty Monkey ($13)

M.A.C. 24/7 has you covered with everything one might need for to cool off on a hot day, and more. It is located on the lobby level of the Hilton Waikiki Beach, an ideal place for sipping fruity concoctions. And for October, M.A.C. 24/7 will be offering some tempting drink specials.

The Melon Monster ($11) blends vodka, white rum, Midori melon liqueur, pineapple and coconut cream. It’s served bubbling over with a splash of Sprite. The Melon Monster is available 6-3:30 a.m. at M.A.C. 24/7’s full bar.

Taco Tuesday Special ($24)

Craving something a little sweet, perhaps even a bit decadent? The Dirty Monkey ($13) is a silky mix of Bacardi Banana Rum, Kahlua and pineapple, floating atop a silky layer of pina colada cream. It’s available 1-11 p.m. at LBLE Lounge, the M.A.C. 24/7 lobby bar.

Practically every day the restaurant offers a different special. For example, Sunday is Keiki Eat Free Day. Kids 10 years old and younger eat free when ordering from the Keiki Menu (with purchase of adult entree). Monday is Kamaaina Day, and patrons with valid Hawaii identification can receive 15 percent off food items all day. Tuesdays are Tacos + Tequila Tuesdays. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., diners can enjoy tacos, a M.A.C.-arita and fries for just $24. Fridays are for seniors. Guests 65 and older receive 15 percent off food with proof of age. Discounts are not valid on holidays or special menus.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes ($16)

Pumpkin spice is everywhere this time of year. For October, M.A.C. 24/7 is offering Pumpkin Spice Pancakes ($16). Two of its famous buttermilk pancakes are topped with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mousse, cinnamon streusel crumbles, vanilla creme anglaise and Halloween sprinkles. These scrumptious pancakes were offered last year as M.A.C. 24/7’s October “Seasonal Short Stack.” It proved so popular they brought it back for 2019.

These pancakes are not just for breakfast; they are served 24 hours a day.
