The Vegetarian Omelette with Cheese ($11) is light yet filling as it is crafted with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, spinach and mushrooms. Omelettes are served with white rice, toast, pancakes or home fries, and fried rice ($1.50) or egg whites ($1.50) can be substituted.

Pancakes & Waffles B.L.D. also offers a hearty Sourdough Bread Bowl ($8.95) that is served overflowing with housemade creamy clam chowder.

Florentine Eggs Benedict is one of the popular meatless items available at Pancakes & Waffles B.L.D. as the iconic poached eggs with hollandaise sauce are accented with spinach and tomato and accompanied by home fries. Waffles can be substituted as a base for just $1 more, and one can substitute fried rice for an additional $1.50.
