Get whisked away with a truly exceptional night out when dining at Noe at Four Seasons Resort Oahu. The chic and sleek Italian restaurant sets the mood for an intimate night out.
When Dining Out took a trip to the charming eatery, it was a lovely experience that emanated an enjoyable “Capri-meets-Oahu ambiance,” as the sun settled below the horizon lighting up the sky with extravagant shades of pink, orange and yellow that was perfectly shared with Noe’s outdoor dining area — complete with a soft waterfall and illuminated pond, which outlines the perimeter of the property.
The dishes are equally exquisite as they are prepared by award-winning chef Ryo Takatsuka, whose culinary interests rest in unique Japanese-Italian preparations, giving Noe its superb reputation that it holds today.
In addition to diving into Takatsuka’s divine cooking, Noe is presenting a special opportunity as Takatsuka teams up with chef Donato Loperfido, who is widely known as the master of Italian cuisine in Hawaii.
The dynamic duo is featuring a superb five-course dinner on Saturday, May 18 with wine pairings, served under the sparkling night sky in Noe’s comfortable outdoor area. The folks at Noe are sure that culinary enthusiasts of all cultures and palates will fall in love with the pair’s unforgettable flavors.
On the menu, guests are promised undeniable flavor with specially prepared ahi, stracciatella, risotto, beef filet and pistachio panna cotta, raspberry rose gelee, vanilla mascarpone cream, dark chocolate, and raspberry pearls with Pisa liquor.
“In dishes inspired by local seafood and distinctive coastal flavors, the two chefs infuse the flavors of olives, tomato, beet, arugula, clams and porcini mushroom, white asparagus and truffles, paired with an un-rivalled selection of Italian wines hand-picked by chef Donato and (general manager) Simone Orlandini,” according to Noe’s website.
