Kahuku Prawns ($26.95 appetizer, $50 dinner)

One of the selections available is the Kahuku Prawns ($26.95 appetizer-size or $50 dinner-size order). This item revolves around sweet, succulent Kahuku freshwater prawns. It can be prepared Szechuanor Italian-style.

Another worthy option is the Grass-Fed Bison Tender-loin ($48). This luscious dish focuses on an 8-ounce Prime grade bison cut of meat from Ted Turner Ranches. It features a rich, sweet, grass-fed flavor, and an indulgent “butter knife” texture that’s sure to please patrons.
