Salt and Pepper Prawns ($14.95)

Maple Garden Restaurant in the heart of Moiliili serves authentic Northern Chinese Sichuan cuisine. The restaurant has been in existence for more than 30 years — the past 11 years under the able leadership of Richard Lam.

Steamed Fish Fillet, Sweet and Sour Pig Feet and Fried Chicken Wings are some longtime customer favorites at the comfortable eatery, Lam shares.

Sauteed Crispy String Beans ($12.50)

A wide range of vegetable, noodle, soup, meat and seafood plates are available. Maple Garden’s menu also offers a creative Chef ‘s Specialty section to explore.

Guests can also enhance their meals with tasty appetizers, soups and desserts.

Among the appetizing dishes at the eatery is the Sauteed Crispy String Beans ($12.50). The refreshing beans are served in a Sichuan style mixed with ground pork.

Roast Duck ($13 half duck)

Another item that patrons enjoy is the Salt and Pepper Prawns ($14.95). These flavorful prawns are bathed in a combination of garlic, chili pepper, salt and pepper.

In addition, one dish that poultry lovers can order as a current special is the juicy, tender, Roast Duck ($13 half duck).

Open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, the comfortable eatery offers a lunch buffet for $14.95 and dinner buffet for $18.95, in addition to its array of individually priced a la carte items.
