Shiro’s Saimin Haven’s catering department offers the ideal meals to “cap” off congratulatory parties for the graduation season right around the corner, when students walk down the aisle to receive diplomas.
One item on the catering menu is the succulent Shoyu Pork, marinated for 48 hours. A medium pan for $51.10 feeds about 25 people, a large order for $70.75 feeds 35, and an XL pan priced at $100.10 feeds 50.
Another favored catering food is the Beef Stew. A small pan for $36.65 feeds 15, medium for $59.70 feeds 25, large for $82.75 feeds 35, and XL for $117.35 can handle 50 hearty appetites.
A third catering choice is flavorful Pork Adobo, marinated for a half-day and cooked low and slow. The prices are $32.50 for a small pan, $52.80 for medium, $73.10 for large and $103.50 for XL.
The catering service uses the best quality meats, shares Bryce Fujimoto, Shiro’s Saimin Haven vice president. Customers are urged to order in advance to ensure that the carefully prepared catering items will be ready for special occasions.
Additionally, Shiro’s Saimin Haven operates two famed restaurants, one in Waimalu Shopping Center and the other in Ewa Beach Shopping Center.
