What once was a lunch wagon, now operates as a full-service shop serving the very best of sweet acai bowl specialties to locals and tourists alike. Named after native Brazilian tribes that first created the acai bowl, Tropical Tribe has been in business for three years now.

Andre Alves de Moraes, owner and a native of Brazil, aimed to bring acai authenticity to the islands. “If you really want to eat acai exactly the same way as it is in Brazil, here’s the place,” he says.

Tropical Tribe welcomes any and all fruit lovers to have a taste from its delightful menu, which includes the best quality of Brazil-imported ingredients. One of the ingredients is guarana, whose juice plays a key role in the shop’s most popular, authentic dish, Tropical Tribe Bowl with Tropical topping. A well-crafted blend of guarana juice and acai is served with a generous topping of fresh-cut bananas and strawberries, blueberries, granola, raw honey and bee pollen. Customers can choose from three sizes: small ($5.50), regular ($7.50) and large ($9), along with three different top-ping choices: Standard (no cost), Premium (70 cents) and Tropical ($1.70). Make delicious authenticity the start of your fruitful morning.
