As a close family friend, Sav-Mor Coffee Shop’s Robert Joseph Luke (known to many as “Grandpa Joe”) taught Paul Park how to create the perfect traditional Chinese won ton, which in turn, Park recreated and made into his Original Pork Popper. Today, the chef’s budding restaurant, Paul’s Poppers, boasts poppers of all varieties, from savory to sweet.

Favorites include Spinach and Artichoke, Mac and Cheese and Turkey Melt ($5 for 6, $12 for 15, $38 for 50, $75 for 100). Ideal for parties or a meal on the go, these perfectly crunchy and flaky bites pack on the flavor in some truly creative ways. Don’t forget to treat your taste buds to delights, such as Chocolate Decadence and Lilikoi Cheesecake ($5 for 3, $25 for 15).
