An expansive array of items to choose from ensures the restaurant’s buffet offers something for everyone. In addition to meats, an assortment of cold vegetables, raw vegetables to grill, pots of miso and red bean soup, bottomless banchan and desserts satisfy any palate.

When it comes to sides, jabchae, kim chee, seaweed and daikon keep customers coming back for more, and sashimi is a light, local favorite that pairs well with grilled items.

While banchan options complete any meal, many diners are initially drawn to Camellia for the main attraction: Barbecue meats. From kalbi to bulgogi, the establishment’s beef rests in homemade marinades, ready to come to life on the grill.

A special meat, offered only in the evening, is Jumuluk, or flap meat sirloin steak. “It’s just made with salt, pepper and a little bit of sesame oil. We give oil with salt and pepper to eat it with, so it’s different from the shoyu-marinated meats,” says manager Kelly Park.

Explore the possibilites again and again at Camellia Buffet.
